CARETHREAD

A link, not an app, for family caregiver coordination — a no-signup, single-page source of truth for a family managing an aging parent's care. One person creates a page and shares a link; relatives read and edit the medications, weekly routine, and appointments inline.

CareThread replaces the group-chat scramble around an aging parent's care with one calm page the whole family can read and change. There's no signup and no app: one person creates the page and gets two links — a private edit link they keep, and a view link they send to relatives. Everyone sees the same current medications, weekly routine, and appointments, and edits them inline right in the browser.

It's a Next.js (App Router) app with server-rendered reads for instant, shareable pages, backed by Neon Postgres and deployed on Netlify. A lightweight activity thread shows what changed and when, inline editing autosaves as you go, and optional Web Push (VAPID) can notify the family when something important changes — all while staying a plain link anyone can open, no account required.
